Is this Westerman's portfolio?
No, and the difference matters. A periodic transaction report lists trades, not holdings. It does not say what is still owned, what was owned before, or how much of anything. Anyone showing you a "portfolio" built only from these filings is filling in gaps the filings do not contain.
Does this show how much money was made?

Why are the trades so old?
Because the law allows it. A member has 45 days to file, so what you are reading is always history — here, by a median of 27 days. We print the gap on every row instead of hiding it, because a disclosure feed that pretends to be live is lying about what it is.
