About
About Quiet Money
Quiet Money reads public filings and shows them exactly as they were filed: stock trades by members of the US House, open-market purchases by company insiders, FINRA short interest, and net short positions from the German and Swedish registers. Every row links to the source document and shows how long it took to become public.
Why it exists
These filings are public, but they are spread across different regulators, formats and delays. A trade can be legal and still reach the public weeks after it was made. Quiet Money puts the filings in one place and prints the delay beside each one, so you can see what was disclosed and when.
What it does not do
It gives no investment advice, no price targets and no buy or sell calls, and it does not say what anyone earned. It has no advertising and no affiliate or broker links. The only thing for sale is Quiet Money Pro, which adds faster alert emails and an unlimited watchlist; the filings themselves are free to read.
How the data is handled
Sources, read times, counting rules and what is left out of totals are listed on How Quiet Money reads filings. Filed numbers are never changed: a figure we cannot trust is shown as filed, with a note, and kept out of totals.
Who runs it
Quiet Money is built and run by an independent team. It has been online since August 2026.
